The Selecting Winners Advanced Skills Workshop is designed for people who have attended the Standard or Sales Workshop. In this workshop you learn how to master your skills at recruiting and hiring. The tools and techniques you learned in the standard program are reinforced and you get to practice with individual feedback and coaching.

The specific focus of this program is improving your ability to create performance-based success profiles, developing unique and innovative recruiting campaigns and managing the face-to-face interview with advanced questioning techniques.

Participants spend the majority of the session working on skills development exercises with our expert coaches. You will practice interviewing, being interviewed and critiquing other interviews.

This half-day program is limited to 16 people who have already successfully completed the Standard or Sales Workshop. It should be scheduled 3-6 months from the first workshop. This workshop is a key step in the successful implementation of the Selecting Winners process.
