Our Selecting Winners Sales Workshop is a one-day program designed specifically for fast-paced sales organizations. Recruiting successful sales candidates is a unique problem, which is addressed at length in our workshop. Your sales managers will learn where to look, where to invest their recruiting dollars and how to best use their time.
The participants learn how to build performance-based Success Profiles that clearly defines what the person must do to be successful and how they must go about it to be successful. We show you how to translate those "sales-specific" traits and qualities into concrete requirements you can interview for quantitatively.
You learn how to ask specific questions that get the specific information you need to predict a sales person's behavior. We show you how to avoid all the traps, so easy to fall into with sales candidates.
And most importantly, you learn to make your decisions with confidence based on the factual data you gathered during the interview.
